Free Theatre Master Classes

The Fort Lewis College Theatre is proud to host free theatrical master classes for high school students on Friday, February 22nd, 2008. Topics will include scene construction, stage make-up, acting for camera, improv and more.

In addition, students will receive a backstage tour of the Mainstage Theatre and the Community Concert Hall, have the opportunity to audition for a theatre scholarship, and have the option of attending our evening performance Win/Lose/Draw by Mary Gallagher and Ara Watson. Tickets for the production are $5.

Time: Classes: 10:00 PM - 5:30 PM (One Hour Lunch Break)
Show: 7:30 PM - 9:30 PM
Location: Theatre, Mainstage Theatre (Rm 102)

Scholarship Auditions & Interviews

The Fort Lewis College Theatre will be holding scholarship auditions and interviews for high school seniors as part of our theatre master classes. Actors should be prepared to perform two contrasting 90 second monologues. Theatre technicians and costumers should provide photos or samples of their work. The amount and number of awards will depend on the number and quality of the applicants.
